Kendrick Landing allows up to two pets per apartment home.

Pet requirements include:

• $400 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet
• $20 monthly pet rent per pet
• Minimum $100,000 renter’s liability insurance coverage

Breed and behavioral restrictions apply. Certain breeds may be permitted with AKC Good Citizen Program certification. Exotic pets are not permitted.

Select homes offer in-unit washer and dryer connections or appliances. Washer and dryer add-ons may be available for an additional monthly fee.

Yes. Private patios and balconies are available in select apartment homes.
